More than SEVEN years ago, I asked myself that question. Today, SEVEN years later, I’m still asking the same question.
And the answer from ClickBank?
“Oh no, you can’t because you’re a Nigerian. And we don’t want to have anything to do with you.”
That was the answer I got in 2003. And that was the answer I got earlier this year.
ClickBank has refused to shift their position.
Someone who doesn’t understand the problem would say, “Well, why don’t you go elsewhere?”
And that, precisely, is the problem: there is nowhere else to go!
Let me explain. ClickBank is the numero uno digital product retailer on the Internet. They occupied that commanding position very early in the life of the Internet. And they’ve gotten stronger and better each passing year since then.
According to the record published on their website, www.clickbank.com, they have paid commission in excess of 1 billion US Dollars to their affiliates all over the world, except affiliates from countries like Nigeria that they have blacklisted.
As you’re reading this article, the digital information products they have in stock are well over 10,000.
Still that’s no reason why I should be bothered that they are not allowing Nigerians to buy stuffs from their website, you say.
Well maybe. But when you consider the fact that top Internet gurus like Ewen Chia and Jimmy D. Brown sell their hottest information products only at ClickBank, you’ll begin to understand why I consider the restriction to be not only unfair but totally unwarranted.
Did I just say “unwarrranted?” Yes, I did. And I will explain.
You see, both Yanik Silver and John Reese, two top Internet masters who, combined, have influenced practically all the Nigerian top money earners online that I know, are selling their products to Nigerians as well as other nationals without let or hindrance.
When I say top Nigerian money earners online, I mean practically all of them –– Lateef Olajide, Akin Alabi, Oluwafisayo Akinlolu, Mrs. Olakitan Wellington, Efe Imiren, Ron Nzimorah, Mrs. Iyabo Oyawale, Samson Olatunde, to name a few off my head.
So my question is: if these great American Internet marketing pioneers and consumate teachers have not regretted selling their products to Nigerians, what is ClickBank holding on to as their reason for refusing Nigerians access to their site?
For those of us who are determined to learn new ways of doing things, including discovering the methods others are applying to speed up the process of creating wealth online, materials of super successful Internet marketers like Ewen Chia and Jimmy D. Brown are indispensable.
Quite frankly, without what I learnt from these fabulous four –– Ewen Chia, Jimmy D. Brown, John Reese and Yanik Silver –– my desire to open the eyes of younger Nigerians to the abundant opportunities available online would’ve been frustrated.
Despite the fact that one has acquired so much knowledge from these guys and that this knowledge is being turned-over to eager-to-learn Nigerians, there is still a need for our people to access the materials of these wave makers directly from the original source.
So, how to make that happen is the problem.
But anyone who knows a little bit of what entrepreneurship is all about will tell you that every problem presents an opportunity to provide a solution for it. When the solution is viable, then it becomes a business opportunity.
The result is that those who are confronted by the problem and the one who provided the solution to the problem end up being mutually gratified –– one for not having the problem to worry about again and the other for being rewarded for providing the solution.
And, precisely, that’s what I’ve decided to do in this case.
Do you still remember SO Wealth Library.com? I’ll forgive you if you don’t. I mean, even me, the owner of the website, cannot remember the last time I visited the website … until a few days ago, that is.
For those who are familiar with the website, it has a private digital library. In those days when the Internet was so young –– yes, that was before most of you reading this article ever heard the word Internet or knew what it was all about –– I was giving anyone who signed up to receive my newsletter access to my digital library.
That was back then.
Last week, an idea struck me. Here is the idea: give access to my digital library to a few people [say 200 or thereabout] who are serious about learning from the Fabulous Four that I mentioned earlier, namely, Ewen Chia, Jimmy D. Brown, Yanik Silver and John Reese, for a token fee.
As soon as I received the idea, I just loved it! What it means is that you can have access to all the materials of these great Internet marketers that I ever bought since I went online from February 1999. All without exception.
And to add new products coming from them as they are releasing them. That would be fantastic, don’t you think?
