I’ve got to say this right from the word go. Dear reader, I truly appreciate the fact that you were patient with me as other urgent and pressing issues hijacked this space from me in the last two editions. I’m glad to resume this subject because I realize how important it’s to so many of you. Okay, let’s dive back into it quickly.
If by some strange misfortune you were to lose all your tangible assets and you’re left with no cash, not even a kobo, what would you do?
If I were to find myself in that unfortunate situation, this is what I’ll do. No, I wouldn’t consider knocking on people’s doors begging for hand-out. “What?” you ask. “Does that mean you want to starve yourself to death?”
Not at all. With all my tangible assets and cash gone, I will simply turn to my intangible assets, in which I’ve been investing so much all these years and, within a very short time, I’ll build back my tangible assets again.
Pay close attention and see how I’m going to go about it. Within a week of going flat broke, I would find a quiet place to talk to my Father in Heaven.
No, I won’t be asking Him why me? He knew before it happened. If He didn’t prevent it, He had a good reason. And His works are unsearchable. So I will humbly say this prayer: “Father, give me the wisdom, good health and strength to do your will even in my present situation.”
Once that is done, I will choose one of several menial jobs that my current age and strength can cope with. And I think that would be looking for a busy spot where I could sell newspapers. I will locate a distribution agent nearest to that spot and convince him to give me a chance to help him increase his income by giving me some papers to sell on sales or return.
My goal is to do that for a maximum of one month. That’s all the time I would need to generate some steady cash.. In as short as four weeks, I would have created an information product that I would use part of my newspaper commission to start selling. In 90 days, at the most, I would’ve earned enough money from my info products to buy a laptop and get an Internet connection.
Once I reach this point, I’m back on track. There would be no looking back again. My miserable experience of selling morning papers before I could feed myself would recede fast into my memory.
While some busy bodies would still be hanging around fun spots telling stories about how I got broke, I probably would be negotiating how to add the fun spot to my growing list of new investments.
I can hear you say, “Hmmm, is it that simple?”
With what I know, the answer is: “Yes, it’s that simple!” And I kid you not, that is exactly the steps I would take to get back all my assets that I lost. This is a doable plan. And anyone can do it: housewife, nursing mother, spinster, retiree and the unemployed.
If you’re retrenched from the bank, whether as a senior manager or a middle-level manager or not even a manager, you can do it.
There is only one condition: you must be prepared to invest in the knowledge that will make it happen, starting from attending the Certified Netpreneur Course [CNC], where you’ll be taught the ins and outs of this business over a 12-day period, held on Saturdays.
I know you’re already wondering what the nature of this business that I’m singing its praises is. I’ll tell you. But first, consider the following:
l Do you like to get involved in a business that will send EFCC operatives hunting for you? Personally I don’t. And I’m sure if you’re like most Nigerians that I know, you wouldn’t either. If so, then this business is perfect for you. It’s clean. Absolutely legitimate.
l Do you like to do a business that is so complicated that it is difficult to do? A business in which you’ve to work yourself to the bones before profits start to trickle in? Then forget about this business because it’s one of the easiest businesses to do once you have an expert to put you through.
l Not only that, compared with other businesses, the start-up capital is not a lot. You need roughly N350,000 to get started. And that is if you don’t already have a laptop of your own that is connected to the Internet. And, best of all, this business generates cash fast. Oh, very, very fast!
Now, let me ask you, if you have to make a choice to start a new business today, wouldn’t you consider this business I’m talking about first? I strongly believe you would.
So what does this business entail? It involves doing what I call The Perfect Business [selling information or any other product or service] online.
That is, you’ll take advantage of the Internet, the proliferation of gsm phones –– at the last count, more than 40 million Nigerians have at least one line, according to NCC –– and the more than a century years record breaking history of direct response marketing as the most effective way of selling billions of goods and services worldwide very quickly and without much stress.
Actually, this business model is NOT new. Many Nigerians, most of them students that I taught at Success Attitude Development Centre [SADC], are doing it successfully in one form or another across the entire nation.
Should you care to meet this group of Nigerians face to face, then accept their invitation to attend the 1st Annual Conference of the Association of Information Marketers of Nigeria [AIMN], which will take place at the Oranmiyan Hall, Lagos Airport Hotel, Ikeja, on Thursday, May 6, 2010. Admission is absolutely FREE. [For more details, see Page 16].
I can go on and on talking about this Perfect Business. Quite frankly, if you want to create an extra stream of income for yourself, or you want a business that you’ll be doing that will guarantee that you retire peacefully and gloriously, then this is the best business you should consider now as a matter of priority..
Without any doubt, it is the safest and surest way to become a multi-millionaire quickly. Ask any of my protégés who is doing it!
