I’m not through with the subject, Guide To Retiring Before You’re Tired Or Fired! I’ll return to it next week. But I want to quickly attend to some urgent matters of equal benefit to my readers this week. So, pardon me for the abrupt interruption.
In the last edition, I told you that the Certified Netpreneur Course was my most ambitious offer to our readers to date. And that is true. Those who purchased the application form know by now exactly what I’m talking about.
Every benefit that attendees will enjoy was clearly spelt out in the application form. It includes, of course, our iron-clad money back guarantee. See Page 17 for details of how to place order for the form.
I thought I had made clear the people we were targetting with this course in my interview with our Associate Editors –– Lordson Okpetu and Segun Abisoye –– published in two recent editions of SuccessDigest Extra!, Volume 5 Nos 15 and 16. [You can read the interview online at: www.sadcnigeria.org/sooj/interview.htm].
But many of the questions that I addressed in the interview are still coming from readers via text messages.
I have no desire of breaking anyone’s heart. But a genuine Internet business, one that will guarantee you a steady, fraud-free income, that you can rely on to meet your financial obligations to yourself, your family and other dependants, is NOT for everybody!
And I’m not just talking about the financial involvement but also the commitment and discipline to operate the business successfully.
Let me explain. There is a big difference between what you do as a hobby and how you do what you call a business. A hobby is a spare-time activity from which you could earn some money whereas a business is a principal activity in your life that you do to earn money.
The Certified Netpreneur Course, which we shall be teaching as from next month, is an Internet business designed for people who have money to invest in it and the discipline to do it the right way.
For example, you must have a laptop or a notebook of your own; have the means of paying for Internet connection subscription; have money to pay for services to be out-sourced and, above all, have the discipline to learn and implement what you are taught within a specific time frame.
From my own personal experience in life, the only people who qualify for this type of course are people who have a clear understanding of why they must be in business for themselves, are prepared to invest in the business, and are motivated by the success that is awaiting them at the end of the programme.
If you are lacking any of those qualities certainly, this course is NOT for you.
But here is the good news. If you have those qualities, then you’re in luck. Why? Because before I ever went to the public to announce this course, I had done my home work very well. My team and I spent months working on every aspect of this course to ensure that we deliver what we promise.
This course, unlike most of the courses we are offering at SADC, is not focusing on teaching you how to do it so that after the training you’ll go and figure out how to do it by yourself. No.
Rather, we are taking the responsibility of ensuring that you are doing exactly the same thing that we are doing right there while the training is going on, until you master it and are able to do it all by yourself.
In other words, you will not be left unattended to at anytime while the training is going on. This is a huge commitment on our part.
The Certified Netpreneur Course reminds me of another course that I had re-packaged in order to achieve a specific objective of creating a profitable business that people can start with very small capital and grow big.
In year 2000 or thereabout, I started teaching Info Product Packaging. After teaching this subject for some six years, I realized that I could re-package it and present it as a viable business that anyone with small capital could start. That was how, in April 2008, my Information Marketing Business Workshop [IMBW] was born.
So far, I’ve taught six classes between then and now. The seventh class will open on Monday, April 19 and over the next five days, another set of happy, well-trained Info Marketing business owners will emerge.
One of the good things about IMBW is that each class always produces high-energy, success-driven graduates who go out there to take action and prove to themselves that what they learnt does work. And you can see how joyful they are when they come back with spectacular testimonies. One of such testimonies, by Onome Maureen [IMBW-1], is published on Page 17.
After successfully conducting two IMBW classes and seeing the incredible result, I asked myself why couldn’t I do the same with the Internet?
That question led to the birth of Certified Netpreneur Course. But unlike IMBW, CNC cannot be started with a small capital. That is the fact that will pain many who may desire to do the business. As a hobby, you can get away with doing it with small capital. But certainly not as a business!
It’s important that I make these things clear. We are not deliberately shutting anyone out. But there is a basic requirement that anyone who wants to do this business must provide. Believe me, if we know any cheaper or easier way to get the type of result we are promising, we shall not hesitate to offer it.
Other CNC-related Questions
What if I’ve attended the Sunny Obazu-Ojeagbse Internet/Marketing/Information Product Packaging Boot Camp? Will I be qualified to attend Certified Netpreneur Course?
Yes! The requirement for CNC attendees to have done DTI is to ensure that we are not bugged down teaching basic things in that class. My Internet Boot Camp is even superior to DTI.
Are you saying that for someone like me who has not attended DTI due to my job but wants to fire my boss by last quarter of 2010 cannot attend CNC?
You can. But that will be after you’ve done our new course that is specially designed to prepare people for CNC called Certified Netpreneur Foundation Course. It will be held every other month.
Can the fees be paid instalmentally?
No.
I’m only free on Saturdays and Sundays. Can I be accommodated?
There are three options. Weekends [Saturdays only]. Four consecutive days once in a month for three months. Two consecutive days every other week [twice in a month]. Courses will run simultaneously. There will be three sessions in a year: May-July; Septemebr – Novemebr and February – April.
Is another DTI going to hold before CNC takes off?
We’ve phased out DTI. Certified Netpreneur Foundation Course [CNFC] will prepare you for CNC. And because of the high demand for it, we may run one CNFC before CNC takes off. Watch out for the announcement in next week’s edition.
When is the next Internet Hot Seat?
Most probably Thursday, April 29.
